Dobesh Cajun Sausage Seasoning

Made my first batch of sausage using your Cajun sausage seasonings. I’m born & raised in Louisiana but actually have no Cajun blood in me lol, however Cajun cooking & flavors have been a part of my culinary lifestyle my whole life. I felt the oregano flavor was overpowering. When I think of Cajun I think of various seasonings but oregano is not one of them. In a general sense the sausage was eatable. Heat wise it was good. So many people mistake Cajun as very spicy but that is not correct. I felt like it needed more garlic flavor! I’m so partial to your regular smoked sausage seasoning, ( love it) that if there is a way to take 1 or 2 ingredients from your regular smoked sausage seasoning and use it in your Cajun seasoning only to the point that it would give your Cajun seasoning a hint of flavor similar to your smoked sausage seasoning, I think it would be more appealing. Hope you can understand my assessment as being helpful but not critical. Thanks
